Shipping and delivery
Beef&Steak supplies through mail order. The delivery fee is only 5,95, regardless of the size of the order, and free for orders of more than 60 euro's.
You can select delivery the next day, Monday till Friday. There's no delivery on Saterdays, Sundays or public holidays. Next day delivery is available for for orders placed up to 15:30. Orders placed after 15:30 arrive one day later or the next Tuesday when placed after 15:30 on Thursday.

You can also opt for deferred delivery. This means that you can tell us on what day your order must be delivered. This could be any day except Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays. Also on public holidays there is no delivery and the day following a national holiday.
In specially developed cold packs, the package does not require refrigerated transportation. The cooling is included in the shipment so that your order stays temperature controlled for the duration of shipping. Upon arrival, put the products in the freezer or in the fridge.
If there is no answer when the parcel arrives, the order will be delived at the neighbors with a note in your mailbox. Orders can also be delivered to the office, on camping and marina.
The packing method is in fact quite simple and very effective. We send our steaks fresh or frozen and vacuumed. The insulating package consists of several main isolator with an EPS box. EPS is the material that is used in cool boxes. The insulation consists of several layers and thereby increases the insulation together. Moreover, we add cooling to the shipments. The combination of insulation and cooling ensures that the meat stays frozen or fresh during shipping. The amount added is adjusted to the cooling needs of the season.
We send an e-mailconfirmation with a link to the track and trace system to the e-mailadres provided to us. Please beware that some spam filters do not accept these bulk mails. You can whitelist the sender.
Delivery at a pick-up address
You can choose to have your order shipped to a pick-up address in your neighbourhood. There are over 2000 pick-up addresses in the Netherlands. Check the nearest address on 'locatiekiezer'. Use the address in the shipping details with the name of the shop (the supermarket or book store etc). An order needs to be picked up the day it's available.
