Biologische Polderhoen Organic Chicken
A beautiful, tender chicken in its entirety for a tasty roast or "Canned Beer Chicken"
Recipe "Chicken Canned Guinness Beer":
Ingredients:
- 1 whole chicken Polder Hoen
- 1 can of Guinness Beer (or a specialty Jopen)
- Lime
- Mustard
- Fresh coriander
- Fresh parsley
- Fresh thyme
- Pepper
- Salt
Place the chicken the night before in a bowl with the Guinness Beer. On the day you get the chicken from the beer. Discard the beer!
