Recipe:
Place the pork on the grill rack or in a baking dish in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and roast until the internal meat temperature is 70 degrees.

- 1 rack of pork,
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- 3 / 4 cup mustard
- 1-1/2 cup fresh breadcrumbs
- 3 / 4 cup fresh chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- 3 garlic cloves crushed
