The rack of pork is a unique piece of pork, hard to find, in stock at Beef & Steak. This rack of ribs is a beautiful piece with the bones cleaned like a lamb rack.

Recipe:
Place the roast on the grill or oven dish in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and roast until the internal temperature of meat is 70 degrees. Rack of pork with breadcrumbs and parsley:
  • 1 rack of pork,
  • Salt and pepper
  • 3 / 4 cup mustard
  • 1-1/2 cup fresh breadcrumbs
  • 3 / 4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme
  • 3 garlic cloves crushed
Season the rack with salt and pepper. Apply with a brush of mustard ¼ cup. Combine the rack with the other ingredients. Create a broodkruimmix with thyme, parsley and mustard. Press the broodkruimmix at the top of the rack. Place the rack in the oven, with the bones facing up. Let take 1 to 1.5 hours in the oven roasting until the internal temperature of meat is 70 degrees. Let it rest 10 minutes. Cut the rack between the bones.
